| Hello there, world. It's been far too long a while. :) This is going to be short and sweet, okay? I've switched Journals! For quite some time, actually. I feel bad for only saying this now, err. :\ Anyway, you can now find me - and all my current ramblings - at my new Journal, yindale. A lot has happened in the past year... Let's keep those memories building, eh? I hope to see you at my new address! <3 xoxo. - Tags:farewell

| You have always been so full of life, so enigmatic, so fun to hang out with. And without a doubt, you will always be the one person with truly the most unsinkable spirit I have ever met. I have so much respect for you, for what you had to endure, for how well you carried yourself through the pain. I would never have guessed it hurt the way it did until the pain finally won over and you let us see you fall. You should never have had to suffer all of that, no one should ever have to. You were in my prayers, all of our prayers.
I hope that now God's embraced you in His arms, you can find solace and fly far away from the pain that haunted you for so long. And now whenever I look up at the sky, I'll know you're smiling down upon me.
I lost a friend earlier today. And when I did, I remembered the other life that was taken from me almost two years ago. People say how you get accustomed to death, but that didn't happen to me. I still hurt. I still regret. I still cry.
I cried today. I cried so much. And every single tear I shed was for the both of you.
R.I.P. Chandni Sharma, I know you're in a much better place now. And I'll see you when I will.

| Holidays have just begun today!! :D I'm so glad for Raya honestly. Maybe I'll stuff myself with Raya cookies later on.
School commences on Sept 28... that's a good ten days of pure nothing to do! :D Ok, maybe I'll get around to doing some studying. And I plan to hit the gym with Danu, to make one last flailing effort to tone up before the fashion show.
WHICH REMINDS ME! :D
I'll be at the Bukit Damansara Charity Fun Fair on Oct 4! It's going to be at the Bkt D'sara Community Hall, which is somewhere between the Cempaka school and the mosque, I believe. There's going to be loads of stalls, dance performances, a fashion show and even some great inflated thing to entertain the kids! :D I'm not too sure if there's an admission fee, actually - but so far, I don't think so.
Shona, Danu and Chee will be performing a salsa routine with some people from their dance class! They've been practising so hard and are really excited about it, so I hope everyone will enjoy their performance! :)
We're all also participating in the fashion show - me, Chee, Danu, Shona, Ambika, Sarah E, etc. It's for the fashion brand Sonali, so we're going to be parading gorgeous saris and things. :D Am sooo excited, it's ridulous just how giddy I am. It'll be such fun! We're all doing it mostly for laughs, really - can't you just imagine us all stomping up and down a catwalk? Yeah, it brings a funny image to my mind, too. But Chee and Danu are really into this whole modelling thing, so I'm hoping a model scout will see them and put them out of their unemployed misery. :) Well, I think they'd make really pretty editorial models.
Shona, Chee, Danu and I will also be having our own stall! We'll be selling baked goods, so come and buy our muffins, brownies, cakes and cookies! All homemade, of course, and nothing too expensive.
So come! I'll be starting an event page on Facebook to spread the news around some more. Chee said that an estimated 4000 people will be turning up - isn't that just crazy?
You can even join Danu and I on our workout regime pre-event! :D Plan to hit the gym, maybe go for a run or something as well. I'm in such bad shape right now, it's embarrassing.
I'll see you at the fun fair. ;)

| Oh Em Gee.
I am practically salivating for a pair of those ridiculously gorgeous Christian Louboutin 'Mamanouk' short boots. Brown velvet suede, 5-inch heels - "do gothic glamour with sex appeal". Not to mention the 'Fifre' pair, as well! Red velvet suede, also 5-inch heels - "very Kate!". I swear, all the shoes in the collection are to die for. Check 'em out yourself over here at Christian Louboutin's official website!
Yes, I screencapped the site pages - I just had to have it in my post! If anyone has any problems with it though, tell me ok? As usual, click for the bigger image.
Just last night, I was on ASOS.com after I followed a link from dreamhunter's LJ and saw the most whimsically perfect prom dress. Ever. The Unique Boutique Floral Print Corsage Mini Prom Dress - haha, quite a mouthful. I love the detail of the corsages, and how it looks so pure even though the (tulle?) skirt is all ruched up to the hips almost. I was so unhappy when I saw that the 250Euro dress was completely out of stock - until I realised that I wouldn't have been able to afford it anyway. Damn currency exchange rates. Never tips the scales my way. Well, you can see the prom dress for yourself here! I think all of Unique Boutique's dresses are gorgeous. Especially the puffball-skirted tartan one. Whazzit called? The Unique Boutique Tartan Bandeau Puffball Dress. Ahh. Only 70Euros now! The link to the page of this dress is here.
LOOK AT THAT. LOOOOOK AT IT. THE DETAILING!

Ahhh. Good ol' tartan. x3
Clearly I'm still in some kind of irrepressible funk. The only reason I ever depress myself by gaping at beautiful expensive clothes halfway around the world is when I need to divert my attention. Has anyone ever been on the Karen Millen site? You know, that adorable dress boutique that's on the Ground floor in Gardens, Midvalley? All their products, from the dresses to the shoes to the bags, are soooo good. They have these lovely zoom features for each product picture where the detailing becomes so real and immaculate-looking. Makes me want to hug the dress right out of my screen. :\ I need a life, man.
- Ooooh, one last thing - aren't these new picture scans from Dream'Up (a french magazine) just DIVINE!? (you'll have to click on the pictures to see clearer versions - these are all blurry for some reason :\)
LOOK AT BILL'S FACE OMFGGG. :O
If you still don't know who these people are by now... then you clearly don't know me well enough. I am going into massive fangirl gleebubble overload. Right. Now. *_*

| Hm. Am thinking of switching blog layout again. Maybe something green or cream-coloured...
Have been working working working, so damn hard. If only I'd push myself even harder. Maybe I'll see the end results soon enough?
Why can't I even get a bag of flour without somehow breaking my wallet? I shouldn't have spent all that money. Maybe I'll get a job or something.
I can't seem to write anything anymore. It all just goes awry and all wrong. Even my fucking article is shitted. Maybe I'll just stop.
Maybe maybe maybe.

| September 22nd is creeping still closer! In just twenty days - twenty days! - the single 'Automatic' will be released all over the world!! I'm still unsure if any music stores in Malaysia have ordered a shipment yet, though. Well, even if the single (and eventually the album) won't be available for purchase in my country, it doesn't matter. I plan to order it online, preferably with its German tags still on, just like my Zimmer DVD. :D
Oooh, and they've got two awesome new shirt designs!! Bill looks absolutely, positively debauched - totally hawt. Both shirts are gonna be given away as prizes to the recent TOKIO HOTEL BANNER CONTEST - basically, there are a few lovely banners promoting the Automatic single. Place the banner wherever you want - on your MySpace, your Facebook, your LiveJournal, etc... - and send in a screencap of the banner in its new home. And if you're lucky, you'll win the prize! :D
Automatic is an amazing song - a breath of fresh air that I didn't think was needed, but realised its importance once I tasted it.
IF, FOR SOME REASON, YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE SONG YET, JUST CLICK ON THE BANNER BELOW TO HEAR HEAVEN IN YOUR EARS.
Also, I wanna wish a HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY to the gorgeous Kaulitz twins!! Their twentieth celebration was yesterday, and I would've posted this sooner, but time was against me. Bill and Tom were hoping for a birthday filled with friends and family - and tea cakes and wise conversation. xD Oh, and a rented rollercoaster...
Last of all, I've got deets on the future biggest and greatest Malaysian TH forum ever to hit the internet. More in the next post, yeah? :) | |
|
| I just got a MySpace! :D A new one. Cause I forgot what the heck my old one was. :x Add me! Both Yan and I got new MySpace accounts. We wanted to have some sort of platform to connect with other TH fans LOL. It's a long boring story. We've got a secret project hidden up our sleeves, which we hope to carry out soon. And maybe, just maybe, it'll rock the foundations of Malaysian TH fandom - after we build it. ;D
More next time, on the phone with Danu now. :)

| I had so much fun today. :D
Chee, Yan and I went to Red Box, The Gardens. Our session was noon till three p.m, but we only left Red Box around 3.45 cause we were being totally jakun and camwhoring all over the place. xD It's actually really pretty inside Red Box! There are motives on all the walls and lots of mirrors and well, we couldn't resist. :s
Danu and Maxim came over to meet up with us, too! It was just for a while, but it was good to see their faces again after... three days of no school. :D I wish they could've stayed longer, but they had to go for Hema's birthday party. I was invited, but Ma wouldn't let me go because she's freaked about me going into large cinemas and getting infected with H1N1. :|
Anyway. We sang sooo many songs and went off-pitch almost all the time - I was looking at the videos that we took and OHMYGOD we are like, the worse karaoke singers ever to walk the earth weh. I think we were just too enthusiastic and excited LOL. Our session was about 15++RM per person, and we got a set lunch, drink, and the buffet outside. We ordered two kinds of pasta and a kebab-looking meat dish. My pasta was yummy. x) But Chee's tasted kinda weird - it was Pasta Pesto, but there was way too much olive oil. Ergh. Yan's kebabs were yummy tough! :D
Oh. One thing I am very displeased about: Red Box does not have one single Tokio Hotel song.
GRR. Not even Monsoon or Ready, Set, Go. Well, whatever. We made do with Avril and Katy and Linkin Park.
We saw Wye Zhi in Borders! :D Actually, we saw her brother Wai Yip just as we were exiting Red Box, and he said his sister was in Borders, so we went on a YZ Hunt! xD Found her eventually, and we hung out, eating cookies and taking pictures. Was good fun. :D
Then it was off to Rock Corner. We're still THMY (Tokio Hotel Malaysia) loyals at heart, so of course we had to stop there! We loitered around the music store for a while, then went up to the counter to ask if they had any Tokio Hotel CDs yet. The dude did a little tappity-tap-tap on the database and told us, no, but they've got the DVD. We grinned and said we already have it, but thanks anyway. :D Told him that TH are releasing a new single and album real soon and asked if Rock Corner had already sent in their order for it yet. He wasn't sure, so Yan mentioned as subtly as she could that there are loads of TH fans here that would love to get their (read: our) paws on the new releases. And you know what? He grinned and replied, "Yeah, pretty boy, right?" xD!
Bill's gorgeousness affects everyone, doesn't it? Even that awesome Adam Lambert tweeted about him being beautiful.
Well, went home shortly after and we all hung out around my kitchen table. Yan left early, sadly, so she didn't get to experiment recreating the Bill eye makeup on Chee. xD The results were fucking hilarious - I drew Chee a new eyebrow with an eyeliner pencil to make it stand out more, which turned out to be a huuuuge mistake. I should've just used the eyebrow mascara instead. :s Sorry, Chee! But it was good fun, wasn't it? :D
Dead tired. I've got Add Maths tuition with Aunty Chu Lan tomorrow... Gonna see if I can postpone it to Friday, since I haven't done any homework yet. :x Shh!
The Add Maths book is probably going to haunt me in my dreams now. Goodnight (or morning?), blog!

| AKDSFH AKSDLFH ASKLFHSKFJSDKL FKLDSJ AKLFASDJ!!!!11111!!!!!111666'1!!!!!
I am mad happy.
MAD MAD MAD HAPPEH.
WANNA KNOW WHY?
BECAUSE THE FIRST SONG OFF TOKIO HOTEL'S NEW ALBUM HAS BEEN RELEASED ONTO CHERRYTREERADIO.COM!!! I want to cry, I'm so happy. I want to burst!!!
It's called Automatisch in German and Automatic in English. It's definitely different from their old, edgier rockier songs, but I like it! It's heavily synthesised and has strong techno influences, and at some points the background beats drowns out Bill's (beautiful!) voice, but it's absolutely amazing and catchy and rhythmic and lovely and spectacular and fantastical and... and...
Listen to it for yourself! To hear the full version of both songs, go to CherryTreeRadio.com. They play the songs occasionally, along with some of TH's older songs, on the stream which you can add into your iTunes, like I did. :)
The lyrics are beautiful, a bit too sad for such a happy beat, but this song really shines. Bill's vocals are as incredible as ever, Tom's guitar riffs, Georg's bass, Gustav's drums, have all improved so much, not like they needed to in the first place.
The single Automatic / Automatisch will be released in mid-September. I can't really provide a certain date since people are all saying different things, so let's stick with around September 18th. The actual albums themselves - both versions titled Humanoid - will be released early October. October 2nd if I'm not mistaken.
AND THEY'RE RELEASING A TOKIO HOTEL 2010 CALENDAR!!!! *dances around the room*
I've seen the images they're using, absolutely gorgeous as usual. Tom lookin' mighty fine with his new black corn rows, something I thought I'd never get used to seeing! And Bill is, of course, still the enigmatic beauty he's always been. Loving the white-tipped black dreads! His new eye makeup is really pretty. It's sort of a mixture of the Cleopatra and the Twiggy, in a cool way. I saw this video tutorial that Klaire de Lys made to help you recreate Bill's new Humanoid look, and it doesn't look too hard... I told Chee I'd try it out on her as soon as I can. :)
Georg's gotten skinnier, you know. :| I'm not sure, maybe it's just me, but he's starting to look very slight in the promotional pictures they're releasing. Gustav is looking fab with his dyed black hair! He's just recovering from a horrible accident at a bar which he needed about 36 stitches for. Some dude whomped him over the head twice with a beer glass! Horrible person. I was so upset when I read it, I hope Gustav's injuries are healing perfect. :)
And did I mention that Tom believes in true love now? *_* Bill claims that Tom was just doing everything in his power to prevent it last time. Now Tom's beginning to accept the idea and hopes that maybe one day, he'll fall in love. As Bill says, "Now, he's ready." :'3 I actually felt this humungous swell of emotion at those words, like I wanted to cry and laugh all at the same time. I'm just so happy for him. He's probably going to fall for a German girl though, since the boys have no wish to live outside of Germany. Well, I hope that German girl he's going to fall for realises the sheer perfection that loves her. I hope he's happy. :)
Okay. I should go to bed now, before this Tokio Hotel high takes over completely and I can't sleep till five in the morning. It felt good to let it all out. x)
Peace out, people, and listen to Automatic!
Wenn du lachst, lachst du nicht; Wenn du weinst, weinst du nicht; Wenn du fuehlst, fuehlst du nicht; Weil du ohne liebe bist.
- Tokio Hotel, Automatisch
This has been yet another fangirl Tokio Hotel post. Sorry folks. - Tags:tokio hotel

| Gosh, it's been the LONGEST time since my last entry. I've just been so busy lately, and since I got Twitter (follow me!), updating in 140 characters seemed so hassle-free. :s
But I'm back to blogging now!
It's the Merdeka holidays right now, so no school for a week! *cheers* Going to karaoke at Red Box, The Gardens with my buddies tomorrow, can't wait. The first and last time I went was with Danu, the afternoon of Prefects Dinner.
Speaking of which, Prefects Dinner was lovely. :) I think the planning committee did a reeeeally good job, honestly. The entertainment was enjoyable, the food was delicious, the backdrop was sheer opulence. I remember that one wall in the lobby of the hotel (Sheraton KL, yo) which was complete glass and had thousands of polished shell discs as curtains, raining down from the ceiling. It was definitely a camwhore-worthy venue, and we damn well took advantage of that. ;)
Our second monthly exams just passed as well, but I'd rather avoid that subject... I don't think I did very well. I kinda studied for the Add Maths exam this time around, but Aunty Chu Lan (who's tutoring me!) checked through my paper and er, I did very very very badly.
I GOT BANGS. X)
Yeahhh. I went to the hairdresser's about a week or so before Dinner and told her to just chop my bangs off, up to my eyebrows. It took a long while getting used to - the last time I had bangs was when I was a wee little kiddo, like 7! I forgot how bloody annoying it is to have your hair poking into your eyes all the time. But it's grown a bit longer since then, so I just sweep it to the side now.
And my lovely best friend CHEE has a blog! :D *trumpets* She's new to the whole blogging thing, but she's keeping it well! You should pop over and say hello to her if you have the time. :) She's got this adorable section that sorta is a fishy pond. I've taken a fond liking for the yellow one, whom I have named Wooddard. Why don't you go and feed Wooddard some fishy food? :)
WHOA. I was typing in Chee's blog address in the URL bar, and the link to Cheeserland.com popped up. Turns out there's another Chinese Malaysian girl nicknamed Cheese who enjoys modelling. WHAT a freaky coincidence. o.O Except Chee actually calls herself Cheeser, whereas the other blogger is Cheesie. LOL same difference though, right? SO COOL. ^-^" You should visit Cheesie's blog, it's really interesting to read! :D
I have cultivated a veeery strong love affair with Karen Millen dresses. I think that they are the PERFECT cocktail dresses. Such gorgeous colours and patterns and cuttings! Absolutely to die for. I took one step into the boutique in The Gardens and had my dear heart blown away. Fell in love with a couple of dresses - one in a floral print and one in gorgeous light gold - but Ma says no more dresses for me. :( They were half price, can you believe? HALF PRICE. That still adds up to about 500+RM, but it's Karen Millen we're talking about!
It's okay. I'll just get a part-time job and earn lots of dosh and BUY 'EM. Ma's already given me the green light to get a job, so long as she knows the person I'm working with? Which is kind of a teeny problem, but that's all right. I'll iron out the kinks.
Chee is going to be a model. :D:D:D Yan and I are going to take beautiful model-esque pictures of her and send 'em in. All we need is the three basics - mild sunlight, awesome camera and good foundation. :D I think this will be good fun yo. She's going to bring Danu along with her to auditions, since Yan and I aren't really into this whole hoolabaloo. Danu is going to give her emotional support, plus she wants to model as well.
OMG. I just realised I haven't uploaded pictures in the LOOOONGEST time! SO I SHALL UPLOAD SOME RIGHT NOW. Yes yes yes...
Prefects Dinner and that beeeeautiful wall!
 SMKSH's International Understanding Day 2009. A great day, a great day. :)

New bangs! :D This was at Red Box, btw. Before Dinner.

I love my friends. <3 From our Ou outing, 7th June I think.
